Communication Designer at Yandex Travel

Yandex Travel is a fast-growing online booking service for hotels and apartments, plane and train tickets. We work to ensure people always have an easy way to go on vacation. We need a senior communication designer who will help make this path look as good as we work.

What tasks await you

Advertising Campaigns Together with a creator, you will come up with and design ideas for advertising campaigns: create identity and key visuals, work with videos, media and OOH, as well as with communication in other channels, including offline projects of various scales. This will be your focus in your work.

Other Projects and Launches You will need to get involved in branding, design landing pages, generate photos and graphics, and help the team as needed.

Art Direction You will be responsible for writing briefs, setting tasks, curating external contractors and freelancers, and ensuring a high level of quality.

We expect that you

• Work effectively in a pair with a creator
• Have more than three years of launching large-scale advertising campaigns in the role of senior communication designer
• Know how to holistically decompose an idea across all surfaces: from product to offline
• Understand how design helps business
• Think systematically, come up with unexpected solutions without going beyond the brand
• Know how to convincingly present and defend ideas, while also listening to feedback
• Work under conditions of uncertainty and decompose complex tasks
• Confidently use AI tools in graphic design and know where and how to apply them
• Carefully maintain working files
