Art Director of Communications for Yandex Afisha
Yandex Afisha is a service about emotions. It's about events, culture, intellectuals, movement, freedom, and a lot of touching life. We don't just sell tickets for concerts, performances, stand-ups, sports, and all kinds of other shows; we give impressions and memories.
We are looking for an experienced art director, a fan of their craft, who can create wow-visuals for users and argue for decisions with the team. We want people to dream, anticipate, hold their breath in anticipation, laugh, feel nostalgic, sense the soul and character when looking at our communications.
Advertising campaigns Together with the marketing team, you will develop creative concepts and launch advertising campaigns: create identity and key visuals for digital, OOH, OLV, and other communication channels, curate production: photo, video, illustrations, motion.
Art direction and quality control You will write briefs and set tasks, curate the work of external contractors, freelancers, and designers, ensure a high level of quality at all stages of the project. And also work with clients and stakeholders: set the direction for finding fresh ideas, collect references and learnings on formats, inspire the team to experiment, confidently present visual solutions, and convincingly argue your position and visual approaches.
Formation and development of the brand's visual language You will conduct an audit of the current brand visual system, determine the direction of its development, and create memorable and effective solutions for different channels and formats — from banners and CRM to federal advertising campaigns, special projects, and offline spaces.
