Art Director for Yandex Museum

We are looking for an Art Director for Yandex Museum — an offline space in several cities and countries where convenient and useful items from Yandex are sold, and events and exhibitions are held.

In this role, you will develop the project in both offline and online formats, work on creating new products and collaborations, participate in building communications, interact with external contractors, as well as with the production and marketing teams.

What tasks await you

Development of clothing and souvenir collections You will create concepts for new clothing and accessories, plan the assortment, together with contractors go through the entire production process, and prepare all necessary materials for the launch of a collection.

Development of communication and visual style of the Museum You will develop the Shop's brand book: from basic style elements to its application in SMM and the design of offline spaces.

Art direction for photo and video shoots You will work as an art director on photo and video shoots, come up with ideas for lookbook shoots and promotional videos for new product launches, brief production teams, and participate in the filming process at all production stages.

Design of offline spaces You will be involved in the design of Museum retail outlets and participate in developing the design for new stores in other cities. This includes designing surfaces for launching new products or special promotions, as well as collaborating with the architectural team on the appearance of new locations.

We expect that you

• Have worked in the clothing and merchandise creation industry or have a good eye for this area
• Can organize the work of design teams and contractors, delegate, and work within constraints: deadlines, budgets, and production capabilities
• Understand trends, are familiar with the specifics of the production process
• Can come up with concepts for new products
• Can view a project launch from both a design and a marketing perspective
• Can communicate flexibly: find common ground with the team and clients, work with feedback and criticism, and convincingly defend creative concepts
• Are willing to work in the Moscow office to regularly review samples of new products, try on prototypes, select fabrics, hardware, and color solutions
