We are looking for an Art Director who will lead the visual aspect of advertising campaigns — from concept and key visual to production, adaptations, and quality control across dozens of formats. This role is at the intersection of creativity and production: you will work extensively with the internal team and outsourced partners.
It is important to be able to work with AI-generated content (neural networks) and establish processes to ensure that contractors consistently deliver work of the required standard.
Managing the visual part of projects You will oversee the visual part of projects: coordinate internal designers and outsourced partners (graphic design, motion, retouching, BTL, filming crews), establish workflows with contractors, ensure a stable quality level of their work, and control the consistency of the brand's visual language across all touchpoints.
Advertising campaigns You will create the visual concept for campaigns — from key visual (KV) to the adaptation system, justify decisions, present the concept to stakeholders and explain its logic, as well as monitor the evolution of the brand identity and its alignment with brand objectives.
Production organization You will prepare briefs, references, mood boards, storyboards, and animatics, supervise shoots and post-production, control the final result, develop guidelines and templates to optimize workflows and standardize work with contractors, and use neural networks to generate photos and videos and refine the results to production quality.
