Art Director for the Tuvio brand at Yandex Fabrika

Yandex Fabrika is a workshop for creating brands and products.

Tuvio is a brand of home appliances and electronics, conceived at Yandex Fabrika. We create technological products with character: reliable, convenient, aesthetic. For us, not only functionality and stress tests are important, but also design — concise forms, a calm palette, materials that are pleasant to the touch.

We are looking for an Art Director ready to take on a key role in developing the visual communication of the Tuvio brand, with a team under their supervision.

What tasks await you

Design and Identity You will develop visual communications for a wide range of electronics: advertising campaigns, promotional materials, digital, offline media, packaging. You will also create and develop brand identity — from concepts to systemic guides, participate in the development and implementation of brand and communication strategy across all channels. Furthermore, you will work with motion design, CG and visual effects and participate in creating product solutions.

Briefs and Production You will prepare and lead briefs for photo, video, and CG teams and oversee production, as well as participate in concept development, quality control, and brand compliance.

Teamwork You will supervise and develop a team of designers: distribute tasks, act as a leader and mentor, control deadlines and quality.

Cross-functional Collaboration You will participate in product development and interact with the industrial design team to form a holistic product experience.

Working with AI You will use AI tools to speed up and optimize creative processes.

We expect you to have

• Over five years of experience as a graphic designer, including in an Art Director role
• Managed a team or conducted supervision (design, photo, video, CG)
• Experience in marketing and advertising communications (digital and offline), as well as with brand strategy and communication
• Prepared and structured production briefs
• Participated in product development and interaction with industrial design
• Can show a strong portfolio with case studies in identity, advertising, motion, CG, and packaging
• Able to create and maintain a holistic brand visual system
• Proficient in modern graphic and AI tools
• Possess developed communication skills, able to argue and present your decisions, lead dialogue with the team and stakeholders
