Fashion Designer (Sport & Underwear)

Trend tracking and market analysis We always keep our finger on the pulse, monitor the largest players in the Russian and global markets, do not miss major collaborations, and track trends in design, materials, and trims. All this is to ensure that the design and functionality of our product align as closely as possible with the moment, or better yet, are at the forefront of the fresh wave. You will have to note new trends on the global market and reinterpret them according to our brand's concept.
Creating collection moodboards, selecting references, sketching We believe in a thoughtful and detailed approach to design. The development of any collection begins with a detailed moodboard by categories, a print brief, etc. You will create collection concepts, select references, fabrics, and trims, create sketches in Adobe Illustrator, and manage models in the PLM system.
Communication We maintain close contact with the team and constantly discuss all the nuances of the collection. You will lead meetings to hand over technical sketches to the team of pattern-makers and technologists, conduct fittings on models, and hold presentation meetings to tell the collection to cross-functional teams responsible for marketing, production of shoots, etc.
Technical nuances Design tasks involve great attention to detail. We prepare detailed requests for material sourcing, create technical specifications for the development of trims, and keep our sample library in order.
