Category Manager for the Fashion Category at Yandex Fabrika

The product team is looking for a strong category manager for the Fashion category, which is represented by the brands Muted, Junion, Bodycore, Pragma. We need a manager who not only manages the assortment but also manages the financial performance of the category through numbers, hypotheses, and a systematic approach.

Sales Planning on Marketplaces You will be responsible for building models taking into account seasonality, peaks, sales, and collectibility in the category, forming plans across various time frames; for new items, you will analyze similar models on marketplaces and assess the sales potential of new SKUs. You will also calculate size distribution percentages, identify sales trends by size based on fit, color, and other parameters.
Monitoring Unit Economics, KPI, Price Index You will monitor margin, UE, and other key metrics at the total level, as well as at the category and specific model levels, and promptly adjust the strategy in case of deviations. Your area of responsibility will also include monitoring price discrepancies between marketplaces and ensuring price consistency.
Managing Promotions and Promos You will ensure the consolidation of all activities and maintaining target margin, taking into account participation in promotions on different marketplaces.
Developing Analytics Tools You will create AI tools, dashboards, complex spreadsheets (cubes, macros) or write specifications for their development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration As part of working with the growth and efficiency team, you will provide colleagues with lists for promotions and sales, adjust prices weekly based on sales results, and check the correctness of data in shared sources.
