providing methodological support for the development and refactoring of educational programs and courses;
designing the content of educational courses and programs, as well as tools for assessing student progress;
compiling skillsets for courses and educational programs, testing hypotheses, and maintaining relevance;
selecting goal-relevant approaches to designing educational programs;
ensuring constructive alignment of programs and courses and being responsible for the effectiveness of chosen forms and tools of learning (depending on the selected goals);
designing key elements of SJM considering the specifics of supporting the educational process;
compiling working programs for disciplines (syllabi);
interacting on tasks with company experts/partner university experts and the production team;
working together with your team and others to improve courses based on qualitative and quantitative data, including developing and using tools for collecting feedback.
