You will be responsible for:

• creating educational programs for school audiences and teachers;

• establishing communication and transparent processes with educational organizations;

• being responsible for the entire work cycle (from launch and development to promotion and training), deadlines, resources, and budget;

• managing the program content production team;

• building communication within the education team and with other teams (support, hiring, events, marketing, etc.);

• working together with your own and other teams to improve programs based on qualitative and quantitative data.

We expect that you:

• have experience working with programs for schoolchildren and a deep understanding of the specifics of this audience;

• have at least two years of experience working with complex long-term educational projects and managing a content production team;

• understand the full cycle of creation, support, and promotion of educational programs;

• know the specifics of training for IT specialties;

• are independent in your work and ready to take responsibility for the result.
