Producer at Yandex Eda

We are looking for an experienced producer for the creative studio of Yandex Eda service. In this role, you will fully manage studio projects from concept to realization, including 360 campaigns, special projects, and merch creation.

We expect you to confidently manage creative processes, understand production from the inside, and know how to organize the work of the team and contractors within deadlines and budget.

What tasks await you

Producing creative and marketing projects Full management of studio projects at all stages — from receiving the brief and developing the idea to realization and final result.

Organizing shoots and production of 360 campaigns Planning and conducting video, photo, and digital shoots for 360 campaigns with quality control, deadlines, and adherence to the creative idea.

Working with contractors and tenders Conducting tenders, selecting optimal contractors for project tasks, and building long-term partnerships.

Managing the project team Coordinating the work of internal project participants: planning tasks, controlling deadlines, budget, and execution quality.

Developing and optimizing production processes Creating and improving guides, workflows, and work rules to increase process efficiency and transparency.

Communicating with internal clients and teams Building clear and effective communication with stakeholders and related teams at all project stages.

We expect you

• Have worked as a producer or project manager in an agency or in-house brand team for more than three years
• Have launched large-scale advertising campaigns, special projects, and merch, and can show a portfolio
• Understand creative and production processes: video (shoots, motion), photo, KV, development of creative concepts
• Have built communications within the team and with related departments
• Know how to set up processes and work with them systematically
• Have a high level of exposure, are interested in advertising, and understand current trends
