Lead Producer at Kinopoisk
We are looking for a Lead Producer to lead the development and operational management of the creative function within Kinopoisk. The brand is actively growing: the number of directions and formats is increasing—from 360° campaigns and brand identity to special projects, offline activations, and presentations of major events.
We need a leader capable of building a scalable system for the creative team's work: from systems and processes to efficient project implementation, resource management, and the introduction of new tools (including AI solutions).
Building and developing the creative function Establishing and implementing end-to-end workflows for the creative team—from brief to final delivery of materials. Setting up effective collaboration with marketing, business teams, and external partners. Developing and updating guidelines. Optimizing current processes, implementing new tools and technologies (including AI). Creating a transparent system for planning, prioritization, and team workload. Increasing the predictability of project timelines, quality, and budgets.
Project management Initiating and managing projects of various scales: from individual creative tasks to complex 360° campaigns and rebranding. Forming a clear brief with incomplete initial information, assisting clients in formulating tasks. Decomposing projects: stages, timelines, budget, resources, risks, KPIs. Managing cross-functional and V-team teams. Quality control at all stages of production (concept, video, photo, motion, key visual, digital, offline media). Budget management: planning, approval, execution control, cost optimization. Managing risks, changes, and conflict situations. Regular communication with stakeholders and top management, managing expectations.
Resource and partner management Building a pool of contractors: production companies, freelancers, studios, agencies. Conducting tenders together with the procurement team, evaluating proposals, negotiating terms. Building long-term partnership relationships. Balancing internal and external resources. Monitoring compliance with deadlines, quality, and contractual obligations.
