What tasks await you

Implementation of brand projects You will implement diverse projects: digital campaigns (landing pages, banners, videos), special projects in offline format, as well as handle production — from employee merch to packaging.

Interaction with teams You will interact with cross-functional teams within Market: the creative studio, art directors, brand managers, the product team, procurement specialists, lawyers, and other employees. You will also conduct tenders, update the supplier pool, and communicate with agencies and production teams.

Team management You will need to plan and manage resources within the team.

Document flow You will handle document flow, payments, and approvals with lawyers.

We expect that you

• Have worked as a producer of digital and special projects for at least three years
• Have production experience: compiled technical specifications for suppliers, understand materials, and can control deadlines
• Understand the basic processes of project production: planning, interaction with contractors and cross-functional teams
• Can build processes for both individual tasks and an entire direction
• Work with project estimates: analyze costs and seek cheaper but equally high-quality alternatives
• Are ready to be proactive and responsible to achieve the highest result
• Can think outside the box, propose new solutions, and are ready to develop within the industry
• Can handle multitasking, are independent, and learn new things easily
• Are interested in the marketplace development industry: follow trends, market highlights, and best practices

Will be a plus

• Have managed offline projects
• Have contacts with trusted contractors (agencies for offline and digital, production teams, merch manufacturing companies, freelancers, designers, etc.)
