Tasks:
- Full-cycle course production: niche analysis → concept development → launch → scaling.
- Creating a strong product, demand-driven and focused on student results.
- Managing a mini-team: creative producer, video editor, course author manager.
- Controlling deadlines, content quality, and the final result.
- Participating in the creation of sales packaging (messaging, landing pages, advertising).
- Metrics analysis: conversion, sales, retention, reviews.
Area of Responsibility:
- Commercial success of courses (sales and profit).
- Product quality and user satisfaction.
- Team and process efficiency.
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience in producing online courses / info-products.
- Understanding of the online education market and audience behavior.
- Skill in working with experts (ability to "extract" value and package it).
- Strong product mindset.
- Experience in managing a small team.
- English language — confident B2 level or higher.
- Ability to work with numbers and make data-driven decisions.
Good to have:
- Experience in launching courses with measurable results.
- Understanding of marketing (funnels, metrics).
- Creativity + systematic approach.
