MyGrowth is a personal development app that makes continuous learning simple and engaging by offering daily micro-lessons, practical exercises, and habit-building activities that fit easily into a busy day. MyGrowth makes it easy to stay consistent, helping users acquire new skills, educate themselves, and grow their careers in just a few minutes per day.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in creative marketing (video, static).
• Experience in team management, mentorship, and hiring.
• Strong market research skills and ability to turn insights into actions.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of User Acquisition processes and metrics.
• Great communication skills and team-player mentality.

Responsibilities

• Develop a winning creative strategy.
• Manage and build a high-performing creative team (currently 3+ people).
• Help create an effective RnD unit (to actively discover new customer pains, messaging, and use cases).
• Improve AI adoption to optimize creative processes and creative production.
• Set up collaboration with other Leads for goal setting, prioritization, blocker removal, and company-wide growth.
• Work directly with the CEO and CMO to help the business reach its scaling goals.
