What you will do:
- Fully manage the creative pipeline for paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.): from idea → brief → production → testing → analysis → scaling.
- Lead and mentor regional creative producers.
- Build the Copy & Concept function (hooks, scripts, messaging, text quality control).
- Collaborate closely with the Design Lead and the pool of designers, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets in line with requirements.
- Develop video production (in-house or with freelancers) and increase the number of «winning» creatives.
- Create and implement a quality control system (scorecard, reviews).
- Organize cross-regional knowledge sharing (playbooks, best-of library), standardize briefs and RACI with business owners.
- Launch new channels (TikTok / CPA) through small pilots, templates, and quick iterations.
What we expect from you:
- 5–7+ years of experience in performance creative or creative operations in B2C, edtech, or mobile products.
- Proven experience in building or scaling creative processes.
- Deep understanding of ad testing and metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS), well-developed copywriting skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
