At Codeway, creative is the single biggest lever on growth. The majority of our marketing budget goes to user acquisition, and the quality of our ad creative decides what an install costs and how far we can scale and in a category as competitive as language learning, the creative that wins the first three seconds is what wins the market.
The Senior Creative Marketing Manager owns that lever for Learna. This is not a decoration-around-the-campaign role and it's not pure execution, it's the person who sets the creative strategy for the product, turns market and performance signal into concepts that win, and builds the process that lets a creative team ship winners consistently and at scale.
You'll sit at the intersection of creativity, performance marketing, and AI, working shoulder-to-shoulder with growth managers and the marketing art team. You'll bring a point of view, come to the table with ideas already thought through, and let the data decide — including when it kills your favorite concept.
