About the company and product An international product IT company creates and scales B2C AI products with a subscription model for a global audience. The team is currently strengthening one of its growing products and is looking for its first dedicated Creative Producer.

Important • 2+ years of experience in performance creative within a product company or an agency with a large production volume • Experience with B2C subscription / web products • Experience in mass production and testing of creatives – aiming for 100+ per week, including variations • Proven case studies demonstrating the impact of creative hypotheses on CPA, ROI, win rate, or other business indicators • Strong creative analytics skills: ability to identify patterns and transform data into new hypotheses • Practical experience using AI tools in daily work • Independence and readiness to take ownership of the direction, not just execute assigned tasks • English B2+
