We are looking for a Creative Marketing Lead to own the creative direction and drive growth for our main product, Woofz. You will be responsible for building scalable creative systems, launching and testing new funnels and angles, and developing a high-performing team of Creative Marketing Managers.
What You’ll Do
- Own the creative strategy across paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok) — hooks, formats, narratives, visual language — and drive the creative roadmap end-to-end.
- Build scalable, documented creative production processes from brief to launch (ideation → production → testing → iteration).
- Design and prioritize a high-volume hypothesis backlog; run structured creative experiments and translate results into decisions.
- Conduct deep competitor and trend research; source and analyze organic content for winning angles and adapt them to paid formats.
- Launch new funnels and product angles from scratch; define the creative playbook for new verticals.
- Work closely with a cross-functional team to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Hire, onboard, and develop Creative Marketing Managers.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years as Creative Marketing Manager / Creative Producer / Creative Strategist in subscription B2C apps.
- Hands-on experience across multiple ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok etc).
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, paid social, and creative trends.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with web funnels — you understand how creative, landing page, and offer work together.
- Leadership: ability to set vision, build process, raise standards, develop people.
