🚀 Creative Producer (AI-driven) | Part-time | Remote

We are looking for a Creative Producer for an international product project in the Utilities / Health / Subscription sector.

📍 Fully remote ⏰ Part-time (~4 hours per day) 💰 Competitive compensation (open to discussion)

What is important:

• 3+ years of experience in performance creatives / paid ads
• Experience with web-to-web funnels (quiz → paywall → trial)
• Understanding of metrics CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, Hook Rate
• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• AI-first approach: using AI for generating video, images, scripts, and scaling production
• Portfolio with real results and figures
• Experience with budgets from $20K+/month will be an advantage

What you will be doing:

✅ Creating and testing performance creatives for paid traffic ✅ Generating new hypotheses and launching tests quickly ✅ Using AI tools to accelerate and scale creative production ✅ Working closely with the User Acquisition team ✅ Improving results through data analysis and creative optimization
