🚀 Creative Producer | Remote
Seeking a Creative Producer for a performance team that builds web-to-web products in the Utilities / Health / Subscription niches. We need someone who understands that performance creative is not just "beautiful video" but a tool that directly impacts CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and revenue.
What's important 🔹 3+ years of experience in performance creatives / paid ads 🔹 Experience with web-to-web funnels: quiz → paywall → trial 🔹 Understanding of CPA / ROAS / CTR / CVR / Hook Rate and ability to work with these metrics 🔹 Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads 🔹 AI-first approach – using AI for generating videos, creatives, scripts, and accelerating production 🔹 Portfolio with real figures and results – mandatory 🔹 Experience with significant budgets – preferably $20K–$100K+ / month 🔹 Experience in subscription apps – mandatory (experience in Utilities / Health&Fitness niches will be an additional advantage)
