Appercut is a Polish product IT company that creates and develops its own mobile applications used by millions of users worldwide. Our mission is to develop useful and high-quality digital products in the Digital Health sector that effectively solve user problems and improve their quality of life.

With a small but talented team, we have created the world's most popular sexual wellness app for men: Dr. Kegel, which has surpassed 4 million downloads with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5.

We are looking for a Creative Producer to join our creative team, who will help turn creative ideas into effective advertising videos for performance marketing. Someone who understands the audience and can take a concept from hypothesis to a final video that truly delivers results.

How we work:

• Minimum micromanagement: you report to the Head but work as an autonomous unit.
• Technological approach: we encourage the use of any tools that save time without sacrificing quality.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital/performance marketing or advertising content production
• Experience with performance creatives for digital platforms
• Understanding of how digital advertising works on Meta/TikTok platforms
• Experience in the full cycle of advertising creative production – from idea to final result
• English language proficiency from B1+
• Basic analysis of key digital advertising metrics: CPA, CPC, hook rate, CTR, etc.
• A portfolio of advertising creatives and willingness to complete a test assignment

Responsibilities:

• Audience and market research to generate effective advertising concepts and unique creative angles
• Development and formulation of creative concepts for performance advertising (creatives)
• Preparation of scripts, briefs, and storyboards for advertising videos
• Organization and coordination of creative production: interaction with designers, editors, and other production participants
• Briefing designers and controlling the compliance of the final creative with the initial concept and campaign objectives (editors do the editing, not you)
• Analysis of creative effectiveness based on key metrics and launching new iterations based on data

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with products in the health and fitness sector
• Understanding of creative production and management processes
• Ability for independent work and effective teamwork
• Experience creating advanced prompts for ChatGPT/Claude to generate ideas, scripts, and creative concepts
