smak apps: a mobile app product studio. We build and grow iOS/Android apps from scratch in the entertainment and lifestyle niche.
We are looking for someone to take on creative strategy and the production of advertising creatives.
Responsibilities
- Own creative strategy: what angles, avatars, messages, and formats we test and why.
- Analyze competitors and adjacent niches, extract working mechanics, and adapt them for our products.
- Conduct trendwatching: track trends in social media and advertising and quickly incorporate them into our creatives.
- Conduct creative R&D: search for new formats, test them, and turn successful ones into repeatable approaches.
- Manage creative production: briefs, priorities, reviews, working with editors.
- Collaborate with the UA team and make joint decisions on creatives.
- Partner with the influence marketer to produce UGC.
- Identify areas for automation in workflows and develop them into operational processes.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years in performance creatives: creative producer, creative strategist, or performance marketer.
- Understand how creatives are structured: elements, angles, iterations. No need to explain the basics.
- Ability to conduct creative R&D, not just repeat what already works.
- Read and interpret metrics to draw conclusions.
- Experience in briefing and reviewing editors and designers.
- Ability to manage your own area independently, without micromanagement.
- Use AI in daily work.
- English from B2, Russian from C1.
It would be great if you have
- Worked with mobile apps and subscription monetization.
- Experience in UGC production and TikTok.
- Launched marketing for new products from scratch.
- Built automations and agency pipelines yourself.
