- Audit and restructuring of creative processes
- Team management and development
- Building a system for production and testing of creatives
- Linking creatives to business metrics
- Development and implementation of creative strategy
- Interaction with the media buying team
🔥****Our expectations:
- Creative Director / Head of Creative experience from 2 years
- Facebook Ads production experience from 2 years
- Experience from 5 years in performance marketing or arbitrage
- Experience in the IGaming vertical
- Experience implementing AI in creative processes / building a creative "factory"
- Team management of 10+ people
- Ability to build and optimize processes
