🎯 What tasks need to be solved
The role is strategically important, with a wide scope of responsibility and a high degree of autonomy:
- Building and testing non-standard marketing channels (bypassing user acquisition and ASO – other team members are responsible for these).
- Promoting the product in international top listings.
- Experimenting with bloggers, media, social networks, publications – identifying and scaling working channels.
- Proposing and implementing non-standard marketing ideas: working with case studies, teachers, educational partners.
- Generating and packaging opportunities for PR and content marketing.
- Building systemic processes: from idea to measurable results, including setting up metrics.
- The ability to attract contractors for tasks (PR, copywriting, etc.), with possible scaling into a mini-team in the future.
🧠 What experience we are looking for
- Experience in product marketing in startups or small teams – required.
- Deep understanding of international markets (experience working in the US, Europe, etc. markets is desirable).
- Ability to work hands-on, not just at the strategy level.
- Experience with non-trivial promotion channels (reputation management, listings, etc.).
- Strong content thinking: the ability to generate opportunities and build communication around them.
- Ability to build measurable marketing processes, be data-driven.
- Self-organization, high internal motivation, readiness to be the only person in marketing at the start.
- English – at least B1/B2; it is important to be able to communicate and work in international markets.
💰 Working conditions
- Format: remote work.
- Employment: full-time.
