Hi! This is Dasha, Head of Product at Link Group. We build EdTech products for the markets of Serbia, Bosnia, and Romania. We are currently actively developing our business line: finance, management, HR — and we are looking for someone to help us launch new products and strengthen our existing portfolio.

What you will do

— Package products for the business line: test offers, change positioning, select speakers for the audience — and measure how this affects conversion and sales — Invent and launch new products within the business line — from hypothesis to first sales — Manage the webinar funnel: speakers, schedule, content — Launch marketing funnels (webinars, mini-courses, trials) together with a Senior PMM and achieve the target numbers — Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and product for your projects: track KPIs, approve budgets, move projects forward

Who we are looking for

→ You have already launched products or funnels in online education or related niches and know how it works from the inside → You can work with hypotheses: quickly test them, draw conclusions, and are not afraid to repackage → You have experience working with speakers and webinars/organizing online events → Conversational English for communication with the local team; we have a copywriter for everything else 😊 → You can keep multiple projects in mind and move them forward without constant reminders

Conditions:

— Remote, full-time (priority) or part-time — negotiable — Payment: to be agreed individually — Sole Proprietorship registration in Serbia/Georgia/Armenia/Turkey, etc. — a big plus, but not a blocker. We can process payments through Mello
