Focus on independent troubleshooting and resolution of technical errors, support of current processes, and launch preparation.

Junior Technical Specialist (GetCourse)

We are looking for a technical specialist for an online educational project who will become a reliable support for the senior technical specialist and help maintain the stable operation of the platform.

Responsibilities: — Create emails and mailings in GetCourse; — Design and configure trainings; — Verify the functionality of processes and funnels before launches; — Find and fix technical errors; — Work with webinars and autowebinars; — Assist in preparing for launches and completing current technical tasks; — Participate in the support and development of existing processes on the platform.

Requirements: — Proficient in GetCourse; — Understanding of the logic of processes, automations, and platform operation; — Experience in creating emails, trainings, mailings, and technical processes; — Attention to detail, responsibility, and accuracy in work; — Ability to independently find the causes of errors and bring tasks to completion; — Willingness to work in a team and quickly switch between tasks.

Conditions: — Remote work; — Schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time; — During periods of high workload, weekend work may be required; — Fixed income - 70,000 RUB; — Work in an educational project focused on psychology; — The project has been operating for over 5 years and has a user base of over 300,000 users.
