Community Manager (Course Curator)
We are looking for an engaged, proactive community manager to join our team.

Tasks will be divided into 2 blocks
What you will be doing:
- Maintain a stable learning process on the GetCourse platform and in Telegram
- Granting course access;
- Communicating with mentors;
- Gathering feedback from students on courses;
- Supporting students throughout the course program.
- Communicating with potential leads in Telegram:
- Gathering feedback from clients after an incoming message;
- Sending out mailings to clients in the customer base;
- Guiding interested clients to the sales department.
What we expect from you:
- Experience as a curator in an online school (IT field will be a big advantage);
- Knowledge of the GetCourse platform will be an advantage;
- Proficient written communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Understanding of written communication.
