We are now looking for a Community Manager
Responsibilities:
- Prompt handling of inquiries on social media (Instagram), messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp), handling calls, comments on social media;
- Processing reviews and questions on marketplaces;
- Resolving problematic, conflict situations, preventing negative sentiment from entering the media field;
- Maintaining statistics on incoming claims;
- Analyzing customer feedback on various platforms;
- Creating orders based on claims;
- Writing scripts for responding to reviews/questions;
- Maintaining reports on work performed;
- Tracking ratings on marketplaces, review sites, and other platforms.
Requirements:
- Experience working with clients, conflict resolution experience will be an advantage;
- Fluent oral and written communication;
- Ability to find common ground;
- Customer focus;
- Decision-making for problem-solving;
- Quick response, adaptability;
- Ability to write diversely, non-standardly;
- Stress resistance.
