Account Manager at AgileFluent | Career Stream
What you will do
- Client onboarding and team selection (select a team, create a chat, provide materials and access, connect experts and research analysts, organize replacements)
- Manage the client and be their main point of contact (track progress against stages and deadlines, engage them, prevent stalling, answer questions during the workday, maintain warm and transparent communication)
- Work with risks (notice red flags before the client does, resolve incidents quickly and independently, escalate complex cases in a timely manner)
- Gather feedback and manage final stages (request feedback and pass it to product and marketing, collect offers, process pauses, returns, and payments under ISA)
- Upsell and development (notice when additional products (English, career sessions, etc.) are relevant to the client and offer suitable options)
- Maintain process order (update statuses and databases, manage spreadsheets and backlogs, bring follow-ups and insights to the team, participate in improving processes and products)
You are a good fit if
- You already have 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Success/Account Manager
- You are responsible and attentive: you meet deadlines clearly, quickly grasp instructions, but also propose your own creative solutions
- You are not afraid to talk to the client (including on a call), even if they are upset or negative — you know how to listen calmly, de-escalate tension, and reach an agreement
- You enjoy communication and can build warm yet structured relationships — you write clearly, correctly, and understandably, easily conveying your thoughts
- You have experience with Notion, Airtable, easily learn new tools and services, including AI, and use them in your work for acceleration, automation, and creativity
- Your English level is B1 or higher
Work schedule and workload
- Remote, full-time, work starts no later than 9-10 AM MSK
