#vacancy #account #remote We are looking for an Account Manager who can build strong relationships with partners and drive tasks to completion. In this role, it's important not just to maintain communication, but to be able to negotiate, hold your ground, maintain trust, and ensure agreements are fulfilled.
– Communicate with partners, conduct negotiations, and prevent conflict situations; – Agree on cooperation terms; – Create promo codes, control bonus accruals; – Check the quality of placed content (links, resources, correctness of materials); – Provide partners with technical support for placements; – Reactivate inactive partners and maintain the current base; – Coordinate tasks with the media buying team to promote partner content; – Monitor the performance of partner content and identify growth opportunities.
– 2+ years of experience in an account role (SaaS, B2C, digital); – Understanding of social media platform principles (TikTok, Instagram, Telegram); – Skills in working with influencers and ambassadors - a plus; – Ability to build communication and negotiate; – Experience in resolving problematic/difficult chats; – Experience with Google Sheets, Telegram, CRM; – ❗️ English B2 or higher!
