🚀 We’re hiring: Partner Account Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Partner Account Manager to join our growing team. The main focus of the role will be building and expanding Frogge’s network of influencer marketing agencies, establishing new partnerships, and developing long-term relationships with key industry players.
What you’ll be doing:
🤝 Agency & Partner Development - your main priority
- Research and identify relevant influencer marketing agencies and potential partners across key markets
- Conduct outreach and build relationships with agencies, talent networks, and other industry partners
- Establish and maintain a strong network of agency and creator contacts
- Develop long-term partnerships and identify new business opportunities
- Stay on top of the influencer marketing landscape and identify relevant agencies, creators, and emerging opportunities
🎯 Influencer Marketing - your second priority
- Source and evaluate creators across gaming, streaming, finance, lifestyle, and other verticals
- Manage influencer campaigns from initial outreach through execution and reporting
- Negotiate rates and campaign terms with creators and agencies
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and campaign communication
- Track campaign performance and maintain accurate campaign records
🔍 We’re looking for someone who:
- Has hands-on experience in influencer marketing and/or agency partnerships
- Has an existing network of influencer marketing agencies, creators, or talent managers
- Has experience working with gaming and/or streaming creators — a strong plus
- Is confident with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch
- Has experience negotiating rates and commercial terms
- Is proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Has experience with such platforms as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Kick, or similar
