Katana Game is an online operator entering Latin America. We need two people to find influencers and streamers (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram), negotiate with them, and onboard them. Essentially, it's sales, but your clients are creators.
Compensation: Fixed salary of $1,000 + 3% of the first deposits from players brought in by your influencers. No ceiling.
For reference: with an average deposit of $25, 10,000 FTDs per month would mean an additional $750. The plan per channel is 1,000–2,000 FTDs per month.
For the first three months, there's a $250 monthly bonus for meeting the funnel plan (contacts → deals → first FTDs). Specific figures are in the offer.
Bonuses are calculated based on qualified FTDs after anti-fraud checks and paid out the following month.
What you'll have: A ready-made set of conditions for influencers (CPA, RevShare, Fixed, Hybrid) with limits — you'll close deals within these parameters yourself. CRM, influencer search service, affiliate program with statistics, and promotions in Spanish and Portuguese.
Launch, payments, and traffic control are not your responsibility; an account manager handles these.
Remote work, no trackers.
What you'll do: Search for relevant creators targeting Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. Contact them — 20–25 per day. Negotiate, record in CRM, and transfer for launch. A short report is required weekly: contacts, responses, deals, FTDs.
