Development, launch, and management of a learning product From analyzing partner needs and building a training curriculum to creating an MVP of a course, scaling it, and continuously updating it in line with new versions of Yandex RMS.
Conducting training events Ensure the transfer of information and skills to partners, both using your own resources and by engaging the necessary external resources.
Resource optimization and scaling Build processes that enable rapid scaling of the learning product to a wider partner network while minimizing costs.
Working with metrics and feedback Track training effectiveness through key metrics, collect feedback from partners, and use this data for iterative improvement of the entire educational product.
