Product Manager for "AI Teacher's Assistant" in Education

With the advent of generative models, we can completely restructure the educational process: explain material personally, adjust difficulty for each student, create individual learning paths, adapt narratives to a child's interests, and strengthen the emotional connection between the product and the user.

We are looking for a strong product manager who will help accelerate the transition to new approaches and develop the next generation of educational AI products.

What tasks await you

Developing AI Products You will need to create AI scenarios for the teacher: help with lesson preparation, generate and assign tasks, check work, personalize learning for different student groups (for all, strong, and struggling students), and more. You will also integrate the AI assistant into the digital textbook.

Developing Metrics and Testing Hypotheses You will work with educational metrics and learning quality, test hypotheses through pilot projects and experiments with teachers.

Interaction with Teams You will actively collaborate with the development team, ML developers, methodologists, designers, marketers, and analysts.

We expect you to

• Have worked on B2C or B2B2C products
• Know how to design tools for professional users
• Understand AI approaches and how to apply them in products
• Know how to work at the intersection of product and methodology

It will be a plus if you

• Have experience in education or working with teachers
