AI Product Manager in Search

Our team is developing technologies at the intersection of search and generative AI, which help to quickly find information, goods and services, as well as get answers to questions using data from the internet. The updated version of Search understands text, voice and images and delivers results in Turkish, English, and Russian.

We are looking for a product manager who is inspired by working with artificial intelligence technologies, who sees trends and wants to influence the development of AI services. In this role, you will work at the intersection of ML, design, and development: think through product scenarios, participate in data labeling, analyze quality, and turn observations into clear tasks for the team.

What tasks await you

Work with prompts and the ML team You will formulate product requirements for models, write prompts, and evaluate results to improve model quality together with the ML team.

Conduct scenario labeling You will be labeling data, identifying inaccuracies, and determining which parts of the product need improvement.

Set tasks for design and development You will need to gather input information and translate it into clear, structured requirements.

Think through E2E product interaction scenarios You will develop the logic for recommendations and other elements of the product experience.

Analyze labeling results You will need to systematize identified problems, set priorities, and suggest product improvements.

We expect that you

• Can analyze data and make structured conclusions
• Understand how to formulate clear tasks for designers and developers
• Possess a good eye for design and attention to detail
• Work autonomously and take responsibility for results
• Are proactive, take initiative, and can clarify questions independently
• Communicate effectively and understand how to work with different teams
• Have an Intermediate level or higher of English proficiency

Will be a plus

• Have experience with ML or prompt engineering
• Understand the basics of UX and can formulate requirements based on user scenarios
