Product Manager for Alisa AI
Alisa is a virtual assistant with a multi-million user base, operating across various devices and helping users tackle everyday tasks. Beyond voice scenarios, Alisa is evolving as an AI assistant in chat — Alisa AI: in a dialog format, it answers questions, helps users navigate complex topics, finds and neatly structures information from the web, and understands and creates images. The product is incorporating agent scenarios and new creative media scenarios, and we are developing the user experience around them — ensuring new capabilities remain understandable, manageable, and useful.
We are looking for a product manager who will be responsible for the core chat experience: the fundamental UX patterns and scenarios on the chat surface that underpin everything else.
Developing the core experience of Alisa AI You will be responsible for the basic user experience of Alisa AI in chat: how a user starts a dialogue, formulates and refines a request, interacts with the response, returns to history, and reuses results. It is important that the interface remains fast, predictable, and resilient to errors and edge cases, even as more new scenarios are added to the product.
User patterns for agent scenarios You will design and improve user interaction with agent scenarios in chat: clear initiation, transparent execution status, convenient control points, and a predictable result that can be continued, corrected, or reused.
Creative media scenarios in the product You will need to launch and improve scenarios related to creating and transforming content, including images: entry points, parameter control, iterations, reusing the result in dialogue, and the quality and predictability of the experience.
Metrics and experiments You will be responsible for the impact of changes on key metrics: new DAU, Retention 1 week, SpU (sessions per user), WAU/DAU (frequency of use during the week). The work will involve many cycles: hypothesis → prototype/implementation → A/B test → interpretation → iterations.
Senior role: leadership and solution quality You will lead initiatives end-to-end: defining the problem and target behavior, setting quality criteria, including edge cases, synchronizing design, development, and analytics, managing dependencies, and raising the bar for product execution.
