HR Business Partner for the Autonomous Transport Team
You will become an expert in human resources management. You will consult managers and help them create and develop highly effective teams. You will be able to make independent decisions based on your experience and find innovative approaches to solving complex HR tasks.
HR Process Management You will support key HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance review. You will be responsible for employee motivation and engagement, solving complex tasks within teams, and creating a healthy work atmosphere. You will also shape the HR agenda in line with business goals.
Talent Development and Corporate Culture You will help form high-performance teams and develop key employees, unlocking their potential. You will work on increasing staff engagement, consult managers on building career paths, help resolve conflicts, and build trusting relationships within the team. You will also forecast risks related to key employees and develop strategies to mitigate them.
HR Metrics Analysis and Project Leadership You will analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and propose innovative solutions for making data-driven decisions that will impact business strategy. You will initiate and lead HR projects to improve processes, as well as implement and support changes necessary for developing your area of responsibility.
