Head of Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Group
The Talent Acquisition and Sourcing team is responsible for attracting candidates to Yandex Crowd in local and international markets, sourcing and processing remote employees of various profiles: call center operators, sales managers, support specialists, testers, moderators, promoters, AI trainers, technical writers, designers, and many others.
Team Management and Operational Leadership You will comprehensively organize the work of the talent acquisition team operating in both local and international markets. As a senior-level manager, you will establish collaboration among teams involved in the full candidate cycle: sourcing, acquisition, research center, candidate support, and external recruitment agencies. You will be responsible for achieving the team's key KPIs, monitoring its efficiency and results.
Team and Process Development You will develop the team of hiring managers, focusing on their professional growth and skill enhancement. You will study and optimize the talent acquisition system to make it more efficient and transparent.
Interaction and Integration You will closely interact with internal stakeholders to align staffing plans and quickly resolve emerging issues. Actively collaborate with the technical team on matters of support, automation, and optimization of recruitment tools. Experiment with finding new effective working methods and implement best industry practices into the team's daily processes.
