Head of Recruitment
The talent acquisition and recruitment team ensures candidate attraction in local and international markets, recruitment, and processing of remote employees of various profiles: call center operators, sales managers, support specialists, testers, moderators, promoters, AI trainers, technical writers, designers, and many others.
Ensuring recruitment plan fulfillment You will be responsible for meeting business staffing needs, planning and maintaining recruitment statistics, and analyzing the convergence of recruitment orders.
Organizing work with teams You will interact with colleagues from related departments (marketing, personnel, HR BP, recruiters team) and the technical team on issues of support, automation, and optimization of recruitment processes.
Team management You will lead a team of account managers for recruitment directions, as well as technical administrators of candidate processing pipelines.
Support and development of recruitment processes Your tasks will include integration with adjacent systems, implementation of pilot projects within recruitment, resolving problematic cases in recruitment processes, and participating in the implementation of new tools for effective recruitment work.
Work with clients You will need to interact with clients on issues of recruitment and candidate processing. You will have to point out problematic points to the responsible account manager for recruitment.
