Learning Projects Manager

We are looking for a project leader who will create and develop technological educational solutions for all Yandex employees. Your mission is to rethink the approach to employee educational experience, go beyond familiar formats (courses, training, checklists) and implement innovative solutions.

These could be:

• Artificial intelligence-based products: a neuro-assistant for the educational track, an AI trainer
• Reimagined Yandex technologies in the context of employee educational experience (recommendation mechanics, like Yandex Music; targeted recommendation network, like Yandex Advertising)
• Rethinking the employee's educational experience itself: how, when and in what formats Yandexers like and are interested in learning

You will work at the intersection of project and product management, because it's important for us not just to close tasks, but to create products that truly change the employee's educational experience.

The vacancy involves a contract for one year.

What tasks await you

Development and implementation of technological educational products You will manage projects for creating educational solutions from concept to implementation: analyze audience needs, design solutions, launch pilots and scale successful initiatives. It will also be necessary to integrate AI solutions into learning, automate processes and implement innovative approaches.

Experiments and innovations in learning You will test new formats, monitor EdTech and corporate learning trends, and adapt best practices to the company's needs. In addition, you will analyze the effectiveness of educational products and suggest improvements.

Working in collaboration with teams You will interact with HR Tech, L&D, HR, analytics, internal communications and other teams of Yandex business units. You will coordinate tasks, synchronize on metrics and jointly develop cross-functional projects. It is also important to build transparent communication processes between teams.

Developing dashboards, working with metrics and budget You will work with data, help package it into convenient analytical tools, implement a culture of data-driven decisions, control deadlines and budget, and evaluate results. In addition, you will present project outcomes to stakeholders and propose strategic initiatives.

• Know how to pitch your ideas and convey large volumes of meanings in an accessible language to different audiences, including development teams
• Have worked with e-learning systems and products
