The direct sales division team is looking for an effective business trainer for personnel training and development.
Responsibilities
- Training and developing managers in personnel management
- Conducting trainings, seminars, and coaching sessions
- Analyzing current business processes, identifying "bottlenecks," and training on their elimination
- Individual coaching for managers.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of active sales methodologies
- Experience in sales department management for over 5 years, successful leadership of a sales manager team of at least 10 people
- Ability to effectively build a motivation system for sales department staff, organize workflows, and evaluate manager performance
- Skill in conducting regular staff training and coaching: both group sessions and individual feedback sessions
- Knowledge of modern sales KPI analytics tools, conversion metrics, sales funnel, ability to develop reporting systems and team performance assessment metrics
- Practical experience in setting goals for employees, developing development plans for each manager, conducting customer service quality audits
- Ability to professionally conduct presentations, webinars, master classes, and conferences both online and offline
- Experience working with AI tools.
