We are responsible for attracting candidates for Sber's vacancies — we launch advertising campaigns, promote on social media, work with job boards — in short, we do everything to ensure as many people as possible learn about job opportunities at Sber. We are looking for an HR marketing expert who will take on comprehensive vacancy promotion and help us enhance the flow of great candidates.

Responsibilities

• Media planning and launching advertising campaigns
• Promoting vacancies on external and internal resources
• Searching for and testing new candidate attraction channels
• Organizing and supporting internal and external events
• Analyzing key channel and advertising campaign performance indicators
• Reporting on key HR marketing metrics
• Processing requests from internal clients, building high-quality customer service

Requirements

• Higher education in marketing
• At least 3 years of experience in HR marketing or employer branding
• Knowledge and experience with media planning, launching advertising campaigns, and effectiveness analysis
• Knowledge of the labor market and candidate communication channels
