Description
We are looking for a top-notch specialist to join the Sber Employer Brand Development Center team. This person will build a comprehensive HR brand research system: from task definition to actionable insights that will help improve our communications and candidate experience.
The primary task is to conduct quantitative and qualitative research among Sber employees and potential candidates. The scope will include studying Sber's image as an employer, motivations and barriers to working here, perception of HR communications, and the specifics of various audience segments and professions.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate the research process (qualitative, quantitative, neuro, UX) with contractors: preparing briefs and research design, project management, reviewing research instruments, overseeing recruitment and fieldwork, presenting results and conducting post-project workshops, managing documentation and payments.
- In specific projects, independently prepare research instruments, analyze data, and compile reports (brief summaries and detailed presentations) if only data collection is outsourced to a contractor.
- Participate in research procurement: drafting technical specifications, evaluation methodology, comparing proposals.
- Manage the HR brand dashboard system: monitor trends, identify anomalies and growth opportunities, formulate hypotheses for follow-up research.
- Automate analytics and reporting, reducing manual effort.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in market research, either on the agency or client side.
- Understanding of qualitative research methods (focus groups, in-depth interviews, online communities) and quantitative research methods (online, in-person, telephone, and other surveys).
- Understanding of quantitative data analysis methods (product feature ranking techniques, optimal price determination methodologies, segmentation, and others).
- Experience in developing research design, questionnaires, and discussion guides.
- Ability to analyze data and compile reports into clear conclusions and recommendations.
- Experience in brand and advertising research, including brand tracking and advertising testing.
- Knowledge of the Russian market research landscape and research agencies, their strengths and weaknesses.
- Willingness to manage multiple tasks in parallel and maintain a fast pace.
- Experience using AI in workflows.
Conditions
- Comfortable, modern office at Kutuzovskaya metro station (office-based work during probation, hybrid model afterward).
- Annual salary review, quarterly and annual bonuses.
- Sber's unique training system for professional and career development.
- Adaptation program and manager's support at the start.
- Extended voluntary health insurance and preferential family insurance.
- Flexible mortgage discount equal to 1/3 of the Central Bank's key rate.
