We are currently looking for a UX Researcher who will help us find growth points for our product and validate solutions.
The researcher will work with 6 cross-functional teams, each responsible for its own part of the product, conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
What you will need to do:
- Plan and conduct qualitative research (in-depth interviews, UX testing) in B2C and B2B segments in the Russian and international markets
- Conduct quantitative research (questionnaire design, conducting website surveys)
- Conduct JTBD research, identify user needs and audience segments
- Independently select and recruit respondents, organize and moderate interviews
- Synthesize results, draw conclusions, and present them to product managers
- Maintain and develop a research knowledge base
- Build and update CJM for key user scenarios
What we expect from the candidate:
- 2+ years of experience as a UX Researcher in product IT companies
- Managing the full research cycle: from briefing with the product manager to presenting results and implementing recommendations
- Experience conducting in-depth interviews and UX testing
- Experience in independently recruiting respondents and organizing research
- Experience conducting JTBD research, writing Job Stories, and audience segmentation
- Ability to turn product questions into research tasks and choose the appropriate method
- Skills in analyzing qualitative data and formulating practical conclusions for the product team
- English level not lower than B2 (you will need to interview foreigners)
