Product Designer
Aviaseales for Business is a service for organizing business trips. We compare offers from different providers and help companies book air tickets, hotels, train tickets, and additional services in one place.
We have been operating for over five years. More than 30,000 companies use the service, and the number of orders placed has exceeded one million.
The product is growing rapidly: new types of clients, scenarios, and tasks are emerging. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced product designer who will not only design interfaces but also, together with the team, determine the direction of product development.
What needs to be done
- study user needs and find opportunities for product development through research and analytics;
- formulate and test product hypotheses together with the team, determine the content and sequence of implementing new features;
- design complex B2B scenarios: organizational structures and personal accounts for different user roles;
- participate in shaping a unified product design vision;
- work with a shared component library and develop the design system.
What we expect from you
- at least three years of experience in product design;
- ability to design complex user scenarios. Experience with B2B products will be an advantage;
- ability to find problems and ideas using qualitative and quantitative research;
- skills in formulating and testing hypotheses, conducting interviews, and working with product analytics and user session recordings;
- confident command of Figma;
- understanding of design system principles and working with component libraries.
- independence, initiative, and readiness to take responsibility for the quality of the final solution;
- a portfolio with product cases that show the task, workflow, and results.
