Hello everyone! My name is Liza, and I am currently looking for a UX Researcher / UX Analyst for a team developing digital products for business (a project for a Top-10 bank).

📌 Responsibilities: • Researching customer experience in digital services and user scenarios; • Analyzing customer feedback, identifying systemic issues, barriers, and areas for growth; • Conducting qualitative and quantitative research, formulating insights and recommendations; • Collaborating with product teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making based on customer insights; • Preparing analytical materials and presentations for business stakeholders and management; • Participating in the development of processes for collecting and analyzing customer feedback, including the use of modern AI tools.

📌 We expect: • 2+ years of experience in UX research, ideally in fintech; • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods; • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into understandable recommendations; • Experience in preparing presentations and communicating with business stakeholders; • Confident command of Excel and data analysis tools.
