Senior Marketing Research Manager, Ozon Bank

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Research Manager who will test product and communication concepts, and research new and existing products.
Your responsibilities will include
- Conducting a full cycle of qualitative and quantitative research (ad-hoc U&A, concept tests, PSM pricing, laddering, KANO, drivers and barriers, naming). Everything except trackings, creatives, BLS, and desk research.
- Briefing clients (marketing, product, business).
- Creating research design, all tools (methodology, screener/guide/questionnaire).
- Managing respondent recruitment with the help of a coordinator within the team and an agency / quantitative fieldwork using an internal database or panels.
- Conducting in-depth interviews (online).
- Analyzing the obtained data.
- Compiling a report with conclusions and recommendations.
- Presenting the results to the team.
- Managing projects (deadlines, budget, communication with the client).
We value:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle marketing quantitative and qualitative ad-hoc research (in-house).
- Basic understanding of statistics.
- Ability to process survey data arrays (SPSS, datatile, excel, or any other tool).
- Attention to detail.
- Skill in interpreting data and making business recommendations from it.
Will be a plus:
- 2+ years of experience as a marketing researcher in an agency.
- Experience with banking projects.
