The main mission of this role is to collaborate closely with internal clients to support the business decision-making process by providing necessary information and data. The CIM (Customer Insights Manager) assists and partners with various departments in creating research briefs, selecting appropriate methodologies and techniques to deliver insights into underlying business issues. Additionally, the CIM works on enhancing methodologies and makes recommendations aimed at improving business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular and ad-hoc customer research projects, coordinating with external suppliers and agencies, overseeing the research process, and performing desk research. For in-house research projects, the CIM is responsible for developing research designs and tools, analyzing results, and delivering comprehensive reports along with actionable recommendations.
The position assumes a fixed-term employment contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal clients to define business and research objectives, and develop detailed research briefs.
- Select the most appropriate research methodologies and techniques for various projects.
- Review existing methodologies and techniques to enhance data quality and improve survey results.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research projects using do-it-yourself (DIY) tools.
- Brief contractors and manage budgets for research projects conducted by third-party providers.
- Develop and oversee the design of research tools, including questionnaires and moderator guides.
- Manage and mentor external research agencies and analytical contractors.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and review analyses conducted by contractors to ensure accuracy, logical consistency, and added value.
- Strictly keep research projects timing conditions.
- Design comprehensive qualitative and quantitative summary reports.
- Create compelling storytelling to be integrated into marketing, sales, and other materials.
- Provide actionable business recommendations to enhance company sales performance.
- Classify research results and grant internal requestors access to the findings.
- Share accumulated expertise with other departments to address existing knowledge gaps.
Required experience:
- 3+ years of experience in research industry.
- English B2-C1.
- Statistic SW (SPSS is preferable).
- DP background is preferable.
- Experience with software products or services as a plus.
- Working experience at an agency as a plus.
