Responsibilities
- Conduct inventory checks for additional equipment within the department
- Perform data collection for various work requests
- Assist in distributing documents for internal departmental approval and monitor their completion.
- Input administrative data into various bank systems
- Assist the department head with meeting planning
- Compile various materials for the department's management
- Project administration, monitoring the submission of information from the department.
Requirements
- Good command of office software (MS Office products and equivalents) for 2+ years
- Experience working with internal company documentation (orders, directives, etc.) for 1+ years
- Attention to detail
- Experience in administering/managing projects, including preparing reporting materials, for 1+ years
