Document Management and PR Deal Support Specialist
We are looking for an employee who understands document management, can handle and coordinate documents, work with suppliers, agreements, invoices, reports, and forecasts. Also important is the ability to manage internal financial document flow (budget, expenses, balances). If you have such experience, we will be glad to receive your application.
Control of document flow and department budget You will interact with PR managers, lawyers, the accounting department, and external partners to prepare documents: contracts, addendums, annexes, pro forma invoices. You will transfer documents for entry into internal systems (Oracle, EDI), and control the approval process. You will also need to monitor the receipt of closing documents, their processing by the accounting department, and control payment deadlines to partners. Furthermore, you will be responsible for concluding civil law contracts with individual entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals, generating acts of completed work, controlling payments, and maintaining departmental expense records.
